Biography

Graeme is programme leader for the MSc in Construction Project Management and Deputy Director for Transnational Education for the School of the Built Environment. His teaching and research interests relate to value and cost management, whole life costing and risk management. He also manages the dissertation courses for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the Construction Management and Surveying discipline area.

Current research interests include evaluating VFM through procurement efficiencies and he has co-authored research for Scottish Government and Glasgow Housing Association in this area. Whole Life Cost research has involved working with a Facilities Management organisation to develop capability in this area through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership.

He supervises a number of PhD students in construction and project management.
